Privacy policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Summary: Juntos Games requires no account, displays no ads, and contains no analytics or tracking. Games, player names, and preferences are stored on your device.

1. Scope and controller

This policy describes data processing by Juntos Games, identified on Android as com.frantor.juntos, and its PWA at juntos.catovi.es. For privacy questions, email admin@meetrackets.com or use the Support page.

2. Data stored by the app

The app may store player names or nicknames, avatars, language, settings, and game progress locally. This information remains on the device and is not received by the developer. You can remove it by clearing the app's data, uninstalling the app, or clearing the PWA's site data. See the data deletion instructions.

3. First Android release

The first Android release works without an account or backend and does not send names, games, identifiers, location, contacts, or other personal data to the developer. It contains no ads, purchases, telemetry, remote crash reporting, or cross-device Nearby mode.

4. Local connection on iOS

On iOS, only when someone chooses cross-device play, Juntos Games may use Bluetooth, local Wi‑Fi, and Google's Nearby Connections SDK to discover nearby devices and exchange the game state required to play. No Juntos Games account is required. See the Google Privacy Policy as well.

5. PWA and web hosting

When you open the website, network and hosting providers may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, date, requested path, browser, and security logs. Juntos Games does not use this information for profiles, advertising, or product analytics.

6. Children and families

Juntos Games is designed for family play and avoids accounts, remote profiles, advertising, and contact with strangers. An adult should avoid entering full names or other sensitive information as a player name.

7. Third-party services

8. Rights and changes

Because game data is stored locally and is not tied to a developer account, there is no remote account to request deletion for. For questions or rights relating to the web service, use Support. If this policy changes, this page's date and content will be updated.
